Although this site displays wedding and cityscape photography, I thought a word or two about the medium of black and white photography is in order.These photographs are captured using film technology i.e. Tri-X black and white film.Once exposed the film is then processed and printed on paper using traditional darkroom methods. The black and white photographs on this site is part of an ongoing project of mine which is capturing the essence of a winter day as seen and as felt.This medium of black and white I think, captures clearly and crisply a winters storms beautiful contrast against perhaps a rod iron fence or a tree with its stark capillary branches now outlined with snow from a recent storm.
